Tax
8% PST is charged on all orders originating in Ontario, Canada only. All prices are in US Dollars.
Shipping
All customers in Canada and USA receive FREE SHIPPING on orders over $30. This includes physical products such as log books, signs, first aid equipment ect. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours by standard ground service. Please contact us if you require rush shipping.
Downloads
Some the products available on this website are delivered by download. The SafeCamp Standards and SafeStart Training materials are delivered in high resolution PDF format. Most of the Resource Downloads are delivered in Excel and Word format as specified in the product description. The Camp Response software is an application file that is delivered by download.
Delivery
If you make a purchase with Paypal using your credit card, you will be able to download the products instantly when the sale is completed. The download files will be available in your Camp Standard account for 1 week.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, the downloads will be available in your account when the payment is received and processed by Camp Standard. To pay by check or money order, print the invoice that arrives in your email inbox shortly after completing the order. Send the invoice with payment to the address on the invoice. Order invoices can be printed in your Camp Standard account as well.
Downloading Products
If you paid by credit card or have received and email saying your payment has been received, please follow these instructions to download you products.
Step 1: Login to Your Account
Step 2: Go to My Orders and click "View Orders I Have Made"
Step 3: Click the orange "Details" button next to the order
Step 4: Go to the Download Links area at the bottom of the page. It looks like this:
